There is a lot of closet space to store things, as well as furniture for clothing. It is set up like a cozy hotel room, it is bright in the daytime, but includes blackout curtains for options. It could also double as an office space. The apartment is near 15th & Mission, short walking distance to BART, Rainbow Grocery, FoodsCo & many bars & restaurants. Close to the freeway. About the apartment, it is a large, clean, cozy & bright place. Split bathroom, so there's a private room for showering/washing hands, and a separate private bathroom. There's a large living room & kitchen. A nice back porch that gets lots of sun. It is on the top floor so it is nice and bright. There is laundry on site. I have a friendly & mellow, clean non-shedding small dog that gets along with everyone. I'm looking for a short term subletter. This would be a good place for somebody needing a nice place to stay while they are in SF for an extended period of time, or somebody that's in between places. This spacious non-smoking place is ideal for a newcomer to SF, a traveling worker/nurse looking for a clean, pleasant, cozy and central place to live while working in or learning about San Francisco.
