I am renting out my entire downstairs unit to working professionals. We are located in a charming neighborhood that is close to many amenities in San Francisco. We are blocks away from West Portal (where most of the metro underground lines run through), as well as business corridors like West Portal, Taraval, and Noriega. We are next to neighborhood gems like Golden Gate Heights Park. I am looking for 1-2 working professionals who are respectful, clean, and will treat this rental with respect. This unit comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full-sized kitchen, a full-sized living room, and washer/dryer. There is plenty of street parking. I am including utilities and wifi in the monthly rent.
