It is a separate unit with your own front door, though you share an entrance gate and garden path with us. The apartment has four rooms: a large eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom (queen-sized bed) and full bathroom, with a shower over the tub. Your private entrance is surrounded by a lovely little garden filled with camellias, ferns, rosebushes, mature herb bushes, and just outside your door is a small redwood deck with table and chair for you to sit outside and enjoy the tranquil garden setting. The shared washer and dryer are also located outside on the covered deck for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay away from home: bed linens, towels, cooking utensils and equipment, microwave, full stove/oven, full refrigerator, bullet blender, dishes, glasses, etc. Fast and reliable wireless Internet, Hulu LiveTV (no ads) with 95+ top channels, including premium provided (HBO Max, Paramount + Showtime) and the TV is Netflix, Prime, Apple-ready for your account. It's a perfect home away from home, stocked with everything you could possibly need to live comfortably. We have recently made major upgrades to the apartment: brand new wall-to-wall carpet in living and bed rooms, freshly painted, and repairs made throughout

The space

A furnished in-law apartment, with its own entrance, is on the ground floor of our cottage. This one-bedroom is a separate unit entirely for you. It has four rooms: a large eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bathroom with a shower over the tub. The cottage is set back from the street with no street noise whatsoever, and is located in a peaceful little oasis amongst flowers, trees, and the backyards of our surrounding neighbors. We (my husband and I) live in the upper floor of the cottage.
