This is the Master Bedroom (first pic on listing) on second floor. Bathroom shared with one person includes tub and excellent overhead shower. Price includes housekeeping every two weeks. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Washer and dryer on site. Lots of parking and one of the nicer neighborhoods in SF. Ingleside Terraces is located in the South West side of the city and close to BART, MUNI, and street car (K) and buses. Location also great for people working South of SF because of proximity to HY280 and HY101.
The space
The Master Bedroom featured in the listing is for rent with one person sharing the bathroom for 2000. The entire 4 bedroom three story house can be accessed, plenty of parking in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Ingleside Terraces. There is maid service twice a month and washer and dryer downstairs. My son and one traveling nurse are the only other occupants. We are only allowing 3 people to keep the quiet and privacy for all. Neighborhood: Ingleside Terraces is a quiet, historic neighborhood with public transportation nearby.
