This is a first floor condo, with a shared kitchen, living /porch room, large garden and bathroom. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom which features a tub with an overhead shower and has recently been refurbished with new shower head and curtain. The bedroom being rented is about 12 x12 ft in a quiet part of the flat. Since the landlord is vegetarian, the shared kitchen is not suitable for high heat frying of meat or very pungent foods. The kitchen and bathroom are kept immaculately clean and tidy. You will have your own area in the refrigerator. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and convenient. Please note the flat is NOT A WORK FROM HOME SITUATION. Due to logistics, prefer tenants with 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm ish m-f work schedule. There is limited space in the bedroom so ideal for someone with 2 suitcases.

The room is 12 by 12, it is suitable for a person with 2 suitcases or a suitcase and back pack. It is not suitable for someone with additional cases, bags, boxes etc. There is no garage / storage space. The kitchen and all the kitchen equipment needs to be perfectly cleaned after use. There is a charge if equipment is damaged or not cleaned. Neighborhood: This flat is located one block off of Alamo Square Park. It is walking distance to Divisadero, NOPA and Fillmore and Hayes Valley neighborhoods. This central location is close to 4 bus routes and numerous restaurants, shops, etc.
