The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights, and comes with a kitchenette (excluding a stove) perfect for preparing simple meals or enjoying takeout. Storage includes a dresser and two spacious closets, offering plenty of room to keep your belongings organized. A small dining table for two adds a cozy touch to the living space, ideal for enjoying meals or working. For your entertainment, the studio is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or movies. You'll also have access to shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, providing added convenience. The studio also has a separate private entrance through the garage. Optional: Deposit can be waived for an added monthly $79/month fee through Furnished Finder We know it's hard out there to find housing, and we do our best to respond to everyone who reaches out. Things to know about messaging and applying: 1. While we are open to 1 month stays, we prioritize requests in the 3-6 month range. 2. We manage the calendar as best we can, setting expectations based on our current occupant's expected end date. That said, we get a lot of applications from folks in the medical field who can be offered contract extensions. San Francisco/California tenant law means we can't operate like an Airbnb where we can book folks back to back without a formal notice to vacate from the current occupant. We operate on the legal minimum of a 30-day notice to vacate with all tenants/occupants. That means we only start the process for new applications ~30-45 days before our calendar opens up. This gives us time to work with the current occupant to find out whether they're extending before we sign the next tenant.
