In-law apartment located in the sunny Bayview district of San Francisco, well-suited for an individual or couple. An easy commute to Mission Bay, Dogpatch or the Mission on public transportation. An easy driving reverse-commute to South San Francisco, San Mateo and other parts of the Peninsula. The apartment is a one-bedroom with a fully private entrance. All of the features of the apartment are totally independent from the main home (own kitchen, etc). Shared laundry is located just inside the private apartment entrance, so no entry to our home to do laundry. Tenant parking is currently not guaranteed and is limited to on-street, but feel free to reach out to discuss, as we are usually able to accommodate tenant parking needs with no trouble. We live upstairs with our dog (and sometimes foster a second dog). We are generally home a lot, one of us works until early afternoon and the other often works from home. The apartment offers privacy, ease, comfort and simplicity of living for those working in the area. We prefer tenants stays from 3-12 months because we entertain visiting family between tenants.

Very close to Mission Bay, SOMA and the Mission but also the Peninsula, South SF and Pacifica. Bayview is a diverse, quiet, residential neighborhood. It has the best weather in SF!
