Behind the house is a local park with space to play, newly renovated soccer fields that are active with soccer games and nightly practices, as well as a bike rental station with lots of quick-rent city bikes. There is a baseball field and tennis courts. There is also a local church about 10 houses down.

The space

The Bayview is a vibrant, friendly neighborhood with a great community. Wonderful spots nearby include All Good Pizza and Flora Grub Gardens. The block is filled with neighbors who own businesses, play music, and create art.<br /><br />Local teams regularly hold soccer matches in the park behind the house and neighbors walk their dogs or play on the tennis and basketball courts.
