The unit is a garden apartment, meaning it is not directly on the street, like many apartments, but separated out behind a gate and the yard area is shared with 2 other tenants. There's a bike rack, laundry, and storage accessible right there. The unit has fantastic light and is practically brand new. The furnishing literally is brand new, as it was only furnished this month. Everything from the new bed and couch to the napkins and towels. All of it brand new. Note: While the unit itself doesn't have A/C (like most San Francisco properties), we do have a window A/C unit you can have for an extra $40/month (to make up for the electric cost and having a guy come set it up)

The space

This is in the heart of the mission district. Within a few blocks, there are probably 20 different restaurants and shops. We have regular street fairs and events. Within a block there are about 5 different bus lines and the bart station is just a 10 minute walk away. For you travel nurses - this is the apex of units in the city. There are 5 different hospitals only minutes away.
