This fully furnished, remodeled condo has breathtaking views and is located on a quiet street on Telegraph Hill in the heart of North Beach, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of San Francisco. With gated entry and a dedicated parking spot in the garage and close to public transit, this location is conveniently situated for commuting in and experiencing San Francisco and the East Bay. The building includes laundry facilities, a community Peloton, and two terrace decks with views of the Bay Bridge, Transamerica Pyramid, Coit Tower, and iconic downtown views. **THE BUILDING** The building is perched atop a hill with stunning views. There is a large common patio facing downtown with dazzling views. There is also a smaller side patio for common use, with patio furniture and a BBQ with stunning views of the Bay, Bay Bridge, and East Bay. A dedicated parking spot inside the garage makes this location very convenient. It is easy to walk to downtown/financial district and the downtown BART station (15 minutes walking) and is close to various bus lines. (See below for distances to hospitals.) As it is on top of a hill, by foot there is no way around walking up two fairly steep blocks or stairs to get to the building, great exercise! **THE UNIT** This 1-bedroom was recently remodeled with all new appliances and hardwood floor, and has wood paneling in the living area and a wall of mirrors that reflect the dazzling view. Telegraph Hill is best known for the landmark Coit Tower, with panoramic views of the City, the beautiful Filbert Street Gardens, and the famous parrots who make their homes in the trees around the neighborhood. Two blocks down the hill is North Beach, the vibrant Italian-American neighborhood full of great restaurants and bars, and the history of the Beat poets at the famous City Lights Bookstore.
