Newly renovated, private sunny studio space on a quiet side street in The Mission. The space is on the ground floor and has separate gated access, as well as a dedicated deck for enjoying the sunshine year-round. The interior space is open and modern with tall ceilings, and large windows overlooking a lush little backyard garden. Located at the rear of the property, the space is quiet and very private. Landlord lives upstairs. Laundry facilities are not available on site, but there are several laundromats, dry cleaners and wash/fold services in the neighborhood. On site parking is not available, but monthly parking spaces can be rented in lots around the neighborhood. Optional biweekly housekeeping available, which includes laundering of bed and bath linens. Close to the following hospitals: CPMC Davies, UCSF, Kaiser, Zuckerberg San Francisco General.

The space

From the street, enter the side gate and walk towards the garden, down half a flight of stairs to arrive at your private front door. Enter into the kitchenette/dining area with a large vintage movie poster. To the right is the generous sleeping area and desk with tall windows overlooking the garden. Floor-to-ceiling shelves provide plenty of space for folding and hanging clothes, books, suitcase storage, etc. WiFi speakers and a radio are provided. Heated towel rack and shelf for amenities in the bathroom. Neighborhood: Located on the cusp of The Mission, The Castro and Duboce Triangle, ours is a very vibrant neighborhood. BART and MUNI transit lines are a few blocks away. Nearby parks include Mission Dolores, Duboce and Buena Vista. The Valencia Street retail corridor, populated with cafes, restaurant, bars, and retail, is a popular destination day and night. Our little side street is blissfully quiet, with friendly and welcoming neighbors.
