This space is special because of its location. I am a short 15 minute walk to Ocean Beach and three blocks away from Golden Gate Park. The Presidio borders the neighborhood. The San Francisco VA hospital is two blocks away. Public transportation is close. There are five bus routes that are close in the neighborhood. Even so, it is a quiet, calm neighborhood with city noises. There are tons of hiking trails without a need to get in the car and so many views to be experienced including the Golden Gate Bridge which is probably a 10 to 15 minute short walk.

The space

This is a 900 ft house. I am on the main level. There is access to the backyard off the kitchen which is a good size. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Utilities are included in the rent price. The bedroom consists of a comfy twin xl bed, a dresser, closet, table and chair. There is also a piano in that bedroom. The bedroom is off the kitchen. There are 2 small pups who offer unconditional love and are our private security system :) They appreciate rubs and are the daily welcoming committee. :)
