Welcome to a charming, spacious, and private furnished room in San Francisco's sunny and safe Noe Valley neighborhood. This quiet room, situated furthest from the street, features a quaint balcony adorned with plants and overlooking a serene garden. Oriented to the east, it basks in the gentle warmth of the morning sun streaming through the French windows. Additional features include hardwood floors, Wi-Fi access, an expansive closet with a hanging shelf, a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a desk with a work monitor, and central heating. The shared bathroom, which is spacious and impeccably clean, is conveniently located just a few steps down the hallway, directly across from the main exit/entrance. We live on a 'Slow Street' (a benefit from Covid), so there is very little traffic other than joggers, neighbors, and kids walking to our neighborhood Park & Rec Center around the corner. In addition, we have an excellent Produce Market and Baron's, a quality meat & wine store, within a block from us. 24th Street, with Whole Foods, various shops, cafes and restaurants, is a delightful ten-minute stroll away. There are several options for public transportation within a block or two: -24 Divisadero bus -J Church Muni train -35 Eureka bus to Bart. Street parking is quite easy and secure here, as far as city standards go. You will be sharing the house with me and my 16-year-old son, who stays here half of the time. He is a dedicated and studious individual. This is a non-smoking home.
