Apartment · 900 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

Beautifully remodeled 1BR/1BA condo in our Victorian home in the heart of charming Cole Valley. The unit is entirely separate with its own access - the only shared amenity is washer/dryer. Steps away from Golden Gate Park, Haight st, Cole st, public transportation, and best museums, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and yoga studio in town. Perfect for 2 guests 1 block away from Cole st and public transportation (MUNI and buses), 2 blocks away from Golden Gate Park, and 3 blocks away from Haight st. NOTES: (1) Heating is centrally controlled for the upstairs/downstairs units, so do not book if you are very heat sensitive. 95%+ of guests over the last 9 years have not had any issue with this and we provide electric space heaters in the event it is too cold. (2) There is an upstairs unit with kids, so there will be the occasional noise which carries across San Francisco's wooden structures

The space

The space is an entirely separate unit within our home with own street level access. Includes its own lovely and spacious dining/living room with adjoining kitchen opens through gorgeous french doors onto the bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer and great counter space. The large bedroom sleeps 2 people very comfortably in a queen-size bed. The space opens onto a private outdoor sitting area ideal for relaxing and reading.
