I'm looking for 1 great roommate to share my fully furnished 2BR/1BA flat in the Inner Richmond. This is a chill, calm and impeccably clean household. It's best suited for someone with a similar lifestyle who values those things. A few things to make sure we're compatible: *Single FEMALE occupant only *No Couples *You are naturally tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and clean up after yourself. *Strict NO SHOES policy inside the home *NO PETS allowed *No parties *Occasional guests are welcome, however no randoms allowed. ***** I work from home during the day, this is best suited for someone who works regular daytime hours outside the home Monday through Friday. I may be able accommodate one day WFH (if needed). Unfortunately, it's not a fit for someone who works 100% remotely or works night shifts.
