Sunny top floor apartment in the hip Mission District (21 St). It is placed on a three floor building. The bottom floor is a garage, the middle floor is one large apartment and the top floor is split into two completely separated apartments. They have one door to access a common hallway and then separate doors to each unit. One of those two apartments (the one at the left, facing the back yard) is for you One bedroom with a queen bed, drawers and closet. The living room has two couches, one of them a pull out double bed with storage, shelving and TV. Wi-fi router placed next to this area. One private bathroom.Towels and bed linen are available. There is a luminous and large dining room with a workspace and beautiful views next to a custom renovated, well appointed chef's kitchen. In unit combo washer/dryer. Cats are welcome (only indoors please), but we can't accept dogs at the house. You can enjoy the sunny shared garden with barbecue that completes the unit, but we ask please not to smoke inside or outside the house. The bus stop 9 stops just past Potrero street, 3 houses away. There is a bus stop 27 one block away. We are 0.8 miles from the 24th St BART station. The apartment is offered for a month minimum stay only (prefer longer stays). There is always at least a 3 day gap between guests and the property is cleaned professionaly. Easy access to public transportation, downtown, freeways and all that the Mission District has to offer. Steps away from Zuckerberg Hospital. This side of the mission is a friendly neighborhood, quiet while fairly close to all the action, you can walk and find a variety of restaurants and a lot of culture!
