Furnished one bedroom available. The apartment is located at 18th and Valencia, in the heart of the Mission. Location is outstanding, you will be close to everything you could possibly desire. The bedroom is approximately 150 SF and has an attached bonus room which can be used for an home office, lined with windows (which receive a decent amount of sunlight) that overlook the garden to the back patio. It will come furnished with a comfy queen bed, night stand, lounge chair, desk, dressers and small closet. Additional storage space in the guest room/ home office. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area, one bathroom, backyard garden full of succulents, and bbq, bike storage and semi private entrance into the apartment. About me: Professional, and queer friendly. I split my time between the office and home office as I work from home about 2-3 days a week. I enjoy a good conversation over a glass of wine, and occasional dinner, but also enjoy my alone time as well. I believe healthy communication is the key to just about everything and Im a straight shooter. You: Chill, clean and organized, mature, no drama, no drugs.
