I built the property in the Inner Sunset as a college student. When I say built, parts of it were constructed and maintained by me. The landlord, who is the nicest lady in the world, is 97, and I treat her like family. Granted, I put a lot of money into upkeep and remodeling, but she is open to allowing me to rent to tenants (like yourself). The apartment is similar to what you can expect from a nice Holiday Inn. It is walking distance from UCSF and two blocks away from downtown.

The space

The space is great! But it does not have a good cooking kitchen. It was remodeled in 2025; it's like staying at a very nice Holiday Inn, but with a living room. The location is fantastic, with lots of great eats and things to do, and it's all within walking distance. A wash and fold is a 2-minute walk. Neighborhood: Inner Sunset, located just south of Golden Gate Parks museums and gardens, attracts families and UCSF students to its quaint, often fog-shrouded residential blocks. Asian and Mexican restaurants, cozy cafes and dark watering holes cluster near the corner of Irving Street and Ninth Avenue.
