Geographically located in the center of San Francisco. Fast muni bus lines art two blocks away... and you can live on the "cheap" by walking to Target or Trader Joe's...also two block's away. Just added is a Canadian supermarket(next door to Target) called T&T. They will have Fresh fish and lot's of goodies. The view is of Pacific heights,the Pyramid and lovely animated SalesForce tower at night!...Bay view can also be seen from the right side of the deck. Jog to North east entrance to Golden Gate park in fifteen minutes! New-Added beautiful cherry wood Chicago desk for office area in living room. Pictures coming soon! All furnishing are French Ligne-Roset quality items. This includes a Ligne-Roset queen size two sleeper "Anna" bed and Bultex firm mattress. Bultex is the European equivalent of tempur-pedic. There is a beautiful leather Italian rocking chair to take in the view and read. The building is a quiet place in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice Ligne-Roset dining room table goes up and down if you like for a Japanese style dinner. Kitchen vent has to be activated before cooking on non gas stove as well as kitchen window opened. Giant elaborate meals not recommended as this is a small kitchen. No air fryer's allowed. This unit is for one occupant only.

The space

This apartment gets a lot of light in two different ways. In the morning the sun shines on the living room with panoramic view of SF! In the afternoon, the bedroom get's a lot of sun. This apartment is very reasonable for what i offer. I pay the power bill and Wi-fi. These are the amenities. 1. Free washer and dryer in building 2. All utilities including garbage,water,power and Wi-fi paid for. 3. Fully furnished with Ligne-Roset furniture, including a queen size "Anna Bed". 4. Beautiful wood floors Neighborhood: Anza Vista is a quiet and charming "old San Francisco" neighborhood geographically centered in the middle of SF. You<br />can live on the "cheap" by walking two blocks to buy groceries at Target or Trader Joe's. The north east entrance to Golden Gate<br />park is a fifteen minute walk. Muni is very close by with the 5 Fulton,43 Masonic or 38 Geary all two block's away!
