A peaceful, light-filled garden studio on a quiet block in Glen Park. This newly remodeled studio has its own private entrance through a garden gate, creating a sense of privacy that feels more like a small cottage than an in-law apartment. Many tenants have described it as a sanctuary-a calm place to come home to and recharge. The furnished studio includes a bed, linens, towels, blackout curtains, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stove, and microwave, and laundry right outside the unit. Utilities are included. Just a five-minute walk to Glen Park BART, with several MUNI lines nearby and unusually easy street parking for San Francisco. I live upstairs and work from home as a writer, so the property is quiet and well cared for. Looking for a respectful tenant who will appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Personal, professional, and landlord references are requested.
