I AM RENTING THE UPSTAIRS - MY PERSONAL UNIT. PLEASE SEE PICS FOR INFO ON UNIT DIFFERENCES. My property is a single family home. Two story located on top of Potrero Hill (West side) of city (by Bay). There is an UPSTAIRS unit which is where I live when in San Francisco. This unit is located on the street level with sweeping views of the city from the back of house. There is a private deck out back. This unit has a livingroom, a sleeping area with double bed, full closet and dresser, full kitchen, pantry, dining area, full bathroom with all in ine laundry. No pets in upstairs unit. Pictures fir this unit are first 6 pictures. The DOWNSTAIRS unit of house is a separate unit with a separate entrance along the side of house. I allow pets in downstairs unit. Pictures for this unit follow the first six pictures. This unit is located in back of house. There is a gated separate entrance and own side door leading into downstairs front door. The downstairs unit also has a deck (with seating) and garden area accessed by a sliding patio door. The downstairs of the house has a large living room with day-bed and reading chairs, couch, table with chairs. There's also a desk with chair. The bedroom area has a partition wall. The bedroom area is large with king size bed, closets. The bathroom has tub/shower, the misc room has full size W/D and houses the kitchen sink and housewares. The "kitchenette" is in its own space with refrigerator, island for food prep, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich/waffle/grill, electric frying pan, rice cooker, blender, a sink, full size refrigerator/freezer. This is not a full size kitchen but has the makings of a kitchen. Whole Foods, Good Life, Trader Joes, Safeway and many many restaurants and markets are in the neighborhood that provide pre-made foods and fresh items. Utilities and wifi are included. Potrero Hill is a highly desirable area of the city, outside the fog belt, thus more sun and warmth. It is a hilly neighborhood so there are great views and opportunities for cardio walks. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly owner occupied. The neighborhood butts up against the San Francisco Bay, downtown/SOMA, and the Mission District. Easy freeway access for commuting.

The space

Neighhorhood is considered highly desirable area. Safe, quiet, clean, and pretty. Overlook the bay, can walk easily to Mission District, walking distance to Cal Trans, BART, buses. Sunniest side of the city. Close to major arenas such as Chase Stadium. Zuckerberg San Francisco County Hospital and UCSF Mission Bay Campus within Potrero Hill. House is from 1880s but had a complete reno. It has tall ceilings, modern conveniences, clean, mid century designs with walls of original art work. Neighborhood: Potrero Hill
