A minimum stay of 30 days is required, and full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: - 50% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in. - No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Check-in is anytime after 12:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Important Notes: This is a ground-floor apartment in a home where our family lives upstairs. You are likely to hear us and our two small dogs during the day, though the house is generally quiet by 9:00 PM. Our bedrooms are two levels above yours, and the apartment windows face the neighboring driveway rather than the street. Street parking is available, but please do not block the driveway.
