The suite has its own independent entrance and access to the newly remodeled shared backyard. The building is a 3-flat Victorian and we live on the top floor unit. Space is about 400 square feet. It has a deep queen-size mattress with a memory foam topper. Full bathroom with rain shower and handheld switch. Mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Fellow hot-water kettle in the kitchenette. Bodum pourover caraffe, plates, cups, bowls, silverware all available. Electric shades and black-out drapes on the main window. 42" smart TV and Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker in the unit. One set of sheets with feather douve as well as two sets of towels available. Suite has radiant heating, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.

The space has its own entrance and newly remodeled full bathroom. The suite doesn't have a kitchen, but it does have a mini fridge, microwave, and Fellow Coffee hot water kettle with plates, cups, mugs, and silverware for the guests. Neighborhood: Located between Dolores and Mission, this is the sunniest neighborhood in San Francisco. Central to everything, the Garden Suite is 1.5 blocks from both Muni and BART, multiple bus routes, making it very easy to get to anywhere in the city in a flash. The famous Valencia Commercial Corridor is 1 block away, Dolores Park is 1.5 blocks away, groceries, laundromats, and any commerce/service you may need are all within a 5 min walk!
