Our other current renter is long term and works nights with a typical schedule of being here for two weeks and then he goes home for 3 weeks. Access to the roofdeck with paroramic views of San Francisco. Extremely well appointed kitchen with anything you could possible want. We have done Furnished Finders for 2 years nowand we listed on Airbnb for 9 years and had close to 2,000 reviews and near 100 percent occupany. We would be happy to share reviews. The flat is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment and has very easy access to all forms of public transit and typical 1-2 minute wait for ride hailing services. Everything is walkable. Storage would be available in the garage for a bicycle or any large items. Sunlit apartment during the day but an option to make your room as dark or light as you'd like.
