This is a charming Edwardian Flat in the heart of Cole Valley. I am on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are steep, but it's the top floor, so it is quiet and light filled. You would be getting a bedroom, and separate living room at the back of the apartment where it is nice and peaceful. (Furthest away from the street). They both have bay windows and are North facing. I am an interior designer, so there are many unique and well thought out details throughout the apartment. This will be a shared apartment with myself and a travel nurse who works nights, and is also out of town a lot. The shared spaces are: kitchen , dining nook, and 1.5 bathrooms. Because there are 2 toilets, there is rarely competition for bathroom time. I currently work Friday-Tuesday and am typically gone from about 10am-7pm on those days. Please be a dog lover, as there is also a 4 year old golden retriever who lives here. She is super friendly, and completely housebroken, but she is a total sock and food thief, so there are gates to prevent her from entering the kitchen, as well as a gate to your private living room. (You're welcome to allow her in there if you want). There is a stacked front loading washer and dryer is located on the back stoop.

The space

You will have clean, quiet, comfortable and well decorated private bedroom and separate private living room during your stay. Both are north facing, with bay windows. This is the most peaceful part of the apartment, as it is the furthest away from the street. Shared kitchen, dining nook, and 1.5 baths. 3rd floor walkup, shoes-off apartment. Neighborhood: Cole Valley is a wonderful and safe neighborhood that is walking distance to Golden Gate Park, upper Haight St. There are wonderful local restaurants, coffee shops and more right outside the door, in the heart of Cole Valley. The Muni N Judah train goes right in front of the apartment (but the bedroom you would be in is furthest from the street & quiet), and within 15 minutes you can be at Ocean Beach headed west, or downtown headed east. Plenty of bus lines stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city!
