The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a few good restaurants nearby and easy grocery shopping. I do have a dog - a 2 year old husky/Australian shepherd rescue who would very much like to be your friend. This is an ideal spot for outdoor lovers. Ocean Beach is a three-mile-long beach with beautiful sunsets; Golden Gate park has miles of trails. The iconic Lands End park is just up the hill, and the trails and beaches of the Presidio, Baker Beach, China Beach, Fort Funston, etc. are nearby. Marin is 20 minutes away across the bridge, with many coastal trails and beaches. It's an easy commute to the UCFS campus, St. Mary's and others.
