Great Inner Sunset location - quiet home and area Ideal for traveler nurse/medical professionals, med student, researcher, or relocation stop over while apt. hunting.....street parking w/o neighborhood permits; laundromat nearby at end of block; short ¼ block to N-Judah Muni light rail to downtown in app. 30 minutes and 4-6 block walk to multiple Muni bus lines going all over the City....close to UCSF Medical Center and within easy commute to St. Mary's Medical Center and the VA Medical Center.

The space

Furnished Room in house with owner who lives above - Private ground level bedroom and bathroom; equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop; no oven) shared with one other unit; separate street entrance with key pad code; use of large deck and landscaped backyard. The SINGLE person, all inclusive rate, (utilities, WiFi & departure cleaning fee) is $1800 per month; $500 security deposit is required. We allow non-smokers only and no pets due to allergies.....no storage for bikes. Neighborhood: Great Inner Sunset location - plethora of restaturants and cafes; multiple services nearby (laundromat, supermarket within 1 block, Post Office and UPS, hair/nail salons and more. Easy walking distance to Golden Gate Park and UCSF Med. Center
