Beautiful classic SF home. You would have the main bedroom, the second bedroom like to use when I'm in town to visit a sick family member for 3-7 days of each month. I am mostly out of the house when I am back. This is an arrangement that has worked really well with previous tenants and I'm happy to connect you. Hardwood floors, stained glass. It is quiet and accessible to great areas in SF. It is a 3 unit building and everyone is friendly and keeps quiet. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and the dining room is wonderful. No issue with storage, either. The house is really full of items to use, especially the kitchen. Amazing natural light, etc.
The space
There is a gorgeous open kitchen, dining room, bathroom with tub and separate toilet. A bedroom and then a second bedroom that can be extended into a living room. There are different configurations possible.
