**Be aware that I am a day sleeper 3 days a week so my response time can be slightly affected** Very private and quiet in-law unit with kitchenette and small living room space. Queen bed and smart TV in bedroom. Fully furnished including linens and black-out curtains for day sleepers. There is not a regular oven/stove in the kitchenette but many small appliances (Keurig coffee, induction burner, microwave, convection air fryer/toaster oven). Bathroom has stall shower, no bathtub. Use of washer/dryer on premises. Bicycle storage in garage if needed. Easy street parking for a car (no permit required). -I am a P shift nurse and the house/unit is very quiet during the day if you will be working P shift -Multiple bus lines and one street car line within walking distance -Walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and markets nearby -Easy access to freeway for hospitals on the peninsula (Daly City, South SF, Burlingame, etc) -No smoking, no pets -$1000.00 holding/security/damage deposit. This amount will vary based on length of holding the unit, if it's unoccupied, for your arrival (higher deposit for a longer hold).
