Private 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite bath w huge walk-in closer (in 3 bedroom, 2 bath mid-century modern home). Separate entry option for renter (tunnel entry through garage). There is a secondary living room / sunroom downstairs by the tenant's bedroom for the renter (with couch, coffee table, tv). Shared access via the side of sunroom to the backyard. Backyard is peaceful with fountain, table, loungers. [Room is on the garden level of the home; other bedrooms + kitchen are upstairs] 1/2 block to N Judah (Muni) - quick ride to UCSF Parnassus (or ~35 min to FiDi). Neighborhood generally has street parking. Storage in the garage for bicycle and/or surfboard also available. Housecleaner every other week included; utilities included; shared washer & dryer. House shared with professional woman. I primarily work from home. There are 2 well-behaved large dogs in the home (Berner/Golden mix & Chocolate Lab) that access the yard ~3x a day, otherwise we are just keeping to ourselves upstairs.

The Sunset is more flat than other parts of the city, so great for bike riding as well.
