For those with accessibility concerns, the downstairs can be entered from street level, no stairs. Hi-speed WiFi, Smart TV, washer/dryer,DVD player. The space Guests can access the property through our smart lock. They have access to a huge private garden with AstroTurf on 4 levels, built in wood benches, lavender bushes, cherry and lemon trees (they only bloom during spring/summer) and a barbecue. Garden is accessible through the side gate as well as through the large back bedroom on the lower floor. Entire bottom level (with 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, informal dining room and kitchenette) is accessible from street level, through the garden gate as well as through the garage. There are no stairs to climb to access the bottom floor. Guest access House has a walk score of 88. Muni and bus stops to downtown (25-30 mins), UCSF, etc., are within a block. Walking distance to Walgreens, cafes, deli, pizza, Thai, Japanese, Korean food, empanadas, hot pot, ice cream parlor, Irish pub, trendy bar. Library and playground are 6 blocks away. Other things to note If youre looking to stay right in the hustle and bustle of downtown SF or are adverse to fog, this probably isnt the place for you. Our house is located in the more peaceful yet up-and-coming Parkside neighborhood of the Sunset district, and is near to many amenities including the zoo, Ocean Beach and Stern Grove (with its free summer concerts). Youll find trendy streets such as West Portal nearby, along with more humble restaurant- and boba-lined streets such as Taraval, Noriega and Irving. Golden Gate Park and the many amenities within the park (DeYoung Art Museum, California Academy of Sciences, botanical garden, Japanese tea garden, ferris wheel) are within a 10-minute drive. UCSF, UCSF Parnassus and San Francisco State are also within a short drive or bus/Muni ride.

The space

Parkside is part of the central Sunset district of San Francisco. It gets foggy in the summer. Youre close to the beach, zoo, Stern Grove and a 10-minute drive from Golden Gate Park. The neighborhood has Korean, Thai, Japanese, Italian and Chinese restaurants, along with an ice cream parlor and many boba shops. Irish pub Parkside Tavern around corner and trendy bars like Lost & Found on Taraval. Playground is 6 blocks away and bus/Muni access are within a block.<br />
