Upper floor: Finished attic bedroom w/ king size bed and walk-in closet--space for clothes, luggage, backpack, etc. Lots of floor space for yoga & stretching. Deck: Off of the dining room; furnished and filled with plants. Functions like another room of the house. Sunny, quiet, a tranquil space to relax. (This is where I spend most of my time.) Washer and dryer on ground floor off of lower rear patio. A perfect spot to get to know San Francisco... Everything the city has to offer is right outside your door... SF Symphony, Opera and Ballet, SF Jazz Center, Bill Graham Auditorium, Herbst Theatre, Asian Art Museum, SF Public Library, City Hall, coffee shops, boutique stores, dozens of restaurants, and three parks, including beautiful Alamo Square park across from the famous Painted Ladies. Very well equipped kitchen w/ new stove & dishwasher, wide assortment of small appliances (blenders, juicer, etc.) spices, cookbooks, etc. I love to cook and it shows. The deck has quite a few plants and I hope to find someone who will water them regularly. Happy to answer questions by phone. Neighborhood: Located in the heart of SF in Hayes Valley... Entirely walkable to groceries, entertainment, dining, greenery & more.<br /><br />Walk to museums, stores, (Trader Joe's), restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, four parks, massage, pilates, symphony, opera, ballet, SF Jazz Center, 3 forms of public transit (BART, street cars & buses), yet you can sit on the rear deck and barely know that you're in the city. <br /><br />A peaceful oasis in the heart of town.
