Our property is a cute two bedroom standalone backyard cottage. It is surrounded by trees and hummingbirds. We share the yard with two families who live in a two unit, two story Victorian building (their backyard, our front yard). Our place is two stories tall, and accommodates two adults comfortably. It is very walkable, and located .25 blocks to Dolores Park, 2 blocks to the J train (Muni), and 5 blocks to Bart.

The space

Our home is two stories: the first floor is an open-concept living area, with a couch, sitting area with two chairs, full dining table and modern kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a dishwasher, walk-in pantry, and a laundry room off the back. Up the stairs, we have a primary bedroom, an office with a murphy bed for guests, and a modern bathroom. The home is well cared for, comfortably furnished, and nicely decorated. Behind the house is a small storage area for bikes and outdoor gear. Neighborhood: We live on Cumberland Street, what may be the best and most neighborly street in all of San Francisco. <br /><br />Walking:<br />-1 min to Dolores Park, which has beautiful city views, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, etc. <br />- Groceries (Bi-rite) 5 min<br />- Coffee shops 5 min+<br />- Gyms 5 min+<br />- Restaurants 5-15 minutes up and down Valencia St for endless food and drink options! <br /><br />Public Transit<br />-2 blocks to J Train (Muni)<br />-2 blocks to bus stop<br />-5 blocks to Bart<br />-2 blocks to Lyft bikes
