Peaceful, sunny, clean, and spacious top (4th) floor apartment with full kitchen and HUGE bath, plus a view of the ENTIRE SF skyline. Windows are abundant throughout the house allowing sunshine in all day. The bedoom features a view to Bernal Hill as well as Twin Peaks and Sutro Tower, all visible from the extremely comfortable bed. The sun shines in most of the day into the bedroom, and it gets the afternoon sun and astounding views of sunsets. The room is furnished with bed, table, dresser and dedicated closet space. There is a large private rooftop garden off of the living room with table and chairs perfect for morning coffee or lunches in the sun. The large living room has a huge picture window facing downtown and ability to see the Golden Gate Bridge tower on clear days. Rent includes all utilities, WIFI, and an optional monthly cleaning service can be added for a fee. Located on the border of the Mission and Bernal Heights neighborhoods the apartment is a peaceful place to rest while having quick access to all San Francisco has to offer. There is a fair amount of parking in the neighborhood, although it gets a little tricky late at night and on Sundays. Location is close to major highways and walking distance to all forms of public transportation. There are many cafe and park options that are within walking distance. SFO is about a 20 minute drive away without traffic. PLEASE READ: This is my actual home, not merely a rental property. I split my time between this home and another home I share with my partner. I also travel frequently for work on extended trips and rent the space out when I am traveling or at our other home. There is no pet on the property when I am not there, but a small dog stays with me when I am there.
