This upper-level Victorian condo offers a warm, inviting place to settle in, blending classic charm with thoughtful modern updates. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 5 guests, the home feels both spacious and comfortably laid out. You'll notice right away the mix of 19th-century character and contemporary touches, from unique decorative details to updated finishes, all complemented by abundant natural light and a calm, quiet setting. Utilities are included, and off-street parking is available, making everyday living simple and convenient. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, armoire, dresser, loveseat & newly remodeled en-suite bathroom featuring imported subway tiles from Paris. This room is exquisitely quiet and quite luxurious! The second bedroom. Our south-facing, sun-drenched front room is spacious and includes a desk (separate from the office) and antique vanity + mirror. While the third bedroom provides a quiet, cozy retreat with a full-sized bed. The second bathroom has a cast-iron claw-foot tub that takes up about 1/3 of the hex-tiled room, snuggly surrounded by all the things you'd expect a bathroom to include (sink, toilet, window, medicine cabinet, shelf, etc). It's a sweet little space with a lovely window that opens to a canopy of palm, avocado and yucca trees. The office includes one south-facing window, an HD monitor, plugs, rocking chair, and a small library, making remote work easy. The TV room is the Netflix-and-chill room with plenty of great lounging options including a large Pottery Barn sectional, leather recliner and reading chair. The large kitchen is typically Victorian, with its quirky, full-of-character design. There's a full pantry with antique glass panels, a huge Whirlpool fridge, nice stove, Nespresso & Chemex pour over carafe, large kitchen island and dishwasher. The 2 newly installed skylights fill the room with natural light making it a cheerful hangout with lovely views of the backyard foliage. The back patio includes a full washer (LG high efficiency top-loader) and dryer (Samsung front-loader), which, beyond one more door, opens to a quaint seating nook overlooking the back yard, a fabulous area to enjoy morning coffee or take a fresh-air call or 3 during the workday. Off-street parking is available in our driveway. Upon request, it will be made completely and exclusively available to you during your stay, avoiding the 2-hour parking limits for non-resident vehicles and the weekly street cleaning. Please indicate if you will be using the spot with your booking request so we can coordinate with our downstairs neighbors (this is a 2-flat building- we are the top floor). This is our home, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-office "painted lady" is a beautiful, quiet Victorian with 11-foot ceilings, 15 light-filled windows +2 new kitchen skylights, hardwood floors, and, as with most 120-year-old beauties, provides many charming details to inspire you. We have explored the world using long-term rentals & take joy in sharing our cherished SF home with you, wherever you come from. Please note: no in-home services are allowed with this listing. Neighborhood: The Duboce Triangle is a San Francisco gem. Most of the power lines in the neighborhood are underground, and all streets are tree-lined. Noe Street is a designated "slow street" for walks to Duboce Park. 2 very steep blocks up from the property is Corona Heights Park, where there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a children's playground, a dog run, and 360 panoramic views from Twin Peaks to downtown and the bay. Barry's Bootcamp, Soul Cycle, Fitness SF, and countless coffee shops.
