This spacious apartment is part of a shared 1907 Victorian home in San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood. Over 900 sq ft with its own entrance, private bathroom (featuring a clawfoot soaking tub), full kitchen, dining area, and a flexible open layout. Furnished with two queen beds, it sleeps 4 comfortably and can fit up to 6 if needed. (Just ask us for the extra day bed). It has it's own private entrance once you have passes through the shared garage. The apartment is completely private, though you'll have shared access to our lush backyard with an organic vegetable garden and a hot tub under the stars. Premium bedding, tasteful decor, local art, and a modern farmhouse feel make this a welcoming home base for both business, travelers, and SF fun. Accessibility notes: There is one step up at the gated entrance, two steps down to access the garage, and three steps up to enter the apartment. Street parking is typically easy, and were located close to public transportation with direct routes to downtown and the airport. The locked gated entrance includes a bike rack, electric bike available for rental upon request. Our household is a friendly, queer artist/activist collective upstairs. You're welcome to say hello or enjoy the quiet of your own space which is a separate unit. Laundry is located upstairs. This is a unique, peaceful or sultry spot for long-term stays with artistic touch.

The space is ideal for writing projects, digital nomads, LGBTQ families relocating, medical professionals, relaxation, or sultry fun, with high-speed WiFi, an ethernet port, and multiple laptop-friendly areas. Neighborhood: Bayview is one of the sunniest neighborhoods in SF. Easy access to Downtown, Medical Centers, and Airport. It is historically the African American and immigrant neighborhood. A quick walk up La Salle to Hilltop Park will give you a spectacular view of the city. Heron Head point is a bird watcher delight. The city's only Russian bathhouse is a 30 minute walk. There are some great pubs and restaurants nearby. We are minutes from tech hubs of Mission Bay and SoMa.
