While the rest of the city disappears into fog, this neighborhood often holds its light.<br /><br />Life here unfolds at a walkable pace: a morning coffee at Farleys that turns into lunch at Chez Maman, an errand that becomes an afternoon wander past parks, art galleries, bars, bookstores, and restaurants.
