Located in a beautiful 2-unit building, this private top floor 2 bedroom unit is just one flight up! The unit has access to a beautiful shared rooftop deck which includes a seating area and great views. The newly re-modeled marble-tiled bath has a walk-in shower and large vanity. The spacious kitchen has been carefully equipped with utensils, dishes and cookware for all your meals and includes a new gas range, dishwasher, fridge, and small dining table and chairs. A Bosch washer and dryer is included with ample storage space. The comfortable living room includes a Smart TV...no cable but guests can use their own log-ins. The unit is also equipped with high-speed wi-fi. Best of All Walk Score 98, Public Transportations Score 95, Biker Score 96. Muni is just a block away, and BART is just a few blocks. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly appreciate your understanding-this added step helps protect our home, especially after a few past experiences with guests that resulted in lost time and unexpected costs. Guests will pay a $300 Management Fee that is insurance separate from Airbnb. Utilities are included up to $150 per month. Any overage will be charged to the guest. We kindly ask that you use the heater thoughtfully to prevent extra costs. My property manager has to meet you when you arrive to give you the keys. This is an assisted check in. Check-ins are before 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, check in will have to be the next day. Please plan accordingly.

The space

Guests have access to the entire apartment, no spaces are shared. There is no dedicated or assigned parking, but public transportation via MUNI or BART are minutes away and you're at ground zero for walking to parks, shops and an extensive restaurant scene. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered. Neighborhood: Two coffee shops and a laundromat are around the corner (Maxfields, Morning Due, and SPRO).
