You will certainly soak up the charm of San Francisco in this sunny highly sought after neighborhood. Nestled between many urban hiking trails with city vistas and culinary varieties on every corner, endless coffee shops and markets.. this neighborhood is ideal. The ceilings for the apartment are low. Travelers over 6'2ft will not feel comfortable in this space. Due to the shared backyard with our neighbors, access to the garage and backyard is prohibited. We are renting for 28 day maximum. If you would like an extended stay past 28 days, and additional contract with accommodations can be applied. If you would like to rent for less than 28 days there is a 4 day minimum at $150/day (all included).

The space

This basement in-law has a separate entrance with a nearly full kitchen, walk-in closet, and bathroom with tub/shower. There is a designated work space with high-speed Sonic wifi and a smart tv. The ceilings are only 7ft so it is not ideal for those who are very tall, but completely comfortable for average height. Our family resides upstairs. We have two young children so sometimes the foot traffic can be loud. However, we are at school and work full time so the home is quiet from 8am-3pm during the day.
