Ex. 3 month lease requires $3000 deposit. An 8 month lease would require a $6000 deposit. Non-Refundable if reservation is cancelled after certain date. Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis but are more than welcome if they are potty trained and can be left in the suite the entire time you will be out, without causing any damages or excessive noise disturbances. The backyard is rather large and they are welcome to roam freely throughout the day. There is no dog door access to the suite.

Other Amenities include blackout curtains, sound-dampening ceiling, 55" Samsung TV, private gated entrance facing the street & outside surveillance
