This adorable modern cottage ADU in the Cambrian neighborhood of San Jose was built in 2021, and is conveniently located near Highways 85 and 17, south San Jose hospitals, and the Camden Ave Park-and-Ride. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and blackout curtains. Large frosted glass barn doors open from the kitchen to an office space with a 4k monitor, sit-stand adjustable desk, office chair, and chaise lounge. The small, full kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, electric oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, electric kettle, and instant pot. Adjacent to the kitchen is an in-unit washer and dryer. A dedicated parking spot in the driveway and private side entrance offer discrete access to the cottage, while French doors in the kitchen open up to a lovely backyard space shared with the main house. Utilities included - high speed Wifi, and a cleaning service that comes once a month for a clean NOTES: - We have a long-term tenant in the main house who shares back yard with ADU. - Leases are typically month-to-month with 30-day notice. We can do longer terms if desired. - Preference given to single tenants who will stay minimum of 3 months. - Will consider allowing a second tenant on the lease, but the space is small and the property is already shared.

Neighborhood: Quiet, lovely street very near 85 and Camden Ave, making it easy to commute via 17, 85, and 280. Walking to the local safeway, coffee shops, and good takeout. The Cambrian area is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the Street is not a main thoroughfare, so there is very little traffic.
