I have a fully furnished bedroom that shares a bathroom with a young male intern who will be leaving next month (10/26). He is very clean in the bathroom (no pee on the floor) and in the kitchen. (My other listing for a Master Bedroom/Bathroom has been rented). Rent is $1,000 for a FT roommate or $700 for a Commuter (Sun/Mon nite - Thursday night) Since I pay the utilities, I am really looking for someone who does NOT WFH and I prefer someone who works the M-F grind during regular business hours. You have full access to the kitchen (my pots & pans),washer & dryer. We have 2 small senior dogs under 10 lbs and a senior GSD who is 75lbs. We are fostering a female Shepherd mix who is 65 lbs. She would love to have a play buddy as the GSD is a knucklehead and doesn't know who to play with other dogs. We would welcome other dog(s). Just keep in mind the house is a tri level and your dogs needs to be handle stairs or be carried by you. Please no male dogs over 40lbs as my GSD (pictured) gets insecure around other large male dogs. I prefer emails or texts messages. No visitors unless you discuss this in advance with me via Email. Our house is fairly quiet. We aren't into drama. We have long been a multi-generational/racial/ethnic/sexual identity home.

The space

Hall bathroom shared with male intern (25 y/o) Neighborhood: House is located in Cambrian area of San Jose. Close to Highways 85 & 87. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Lunardi's and Zanotto grocery stores within 10 minute drive. Nearby dog parks on Camden and Jeffrey Fontana Park. Also close to hiking trails.
