About this space Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy San Jose while staying in our private guest house! The guest house has a private entrance at the rear of the house and consists of a master bedroom, bathroom Upstairs and living room and kitchen Downstairs . We are the main tenants of the house. Laundry is available to use per request. Only guest who stays 5 days or more can use it. Located in a quiet area near Penitencia Creek Park.We are only 15 minutes to the SJC airport, downtown. ******************Please only book if you agree to the rules************* 1. Deposit Required Prior Arrival (long term rental): $1000 for long term rental ( 60 days or more). Deposit will be returned back to guest if no damage was found. 2. No smoking of any type inside and outside of the property , failure to do so will lead to rent termination immediately . 3. Overnight guests are only accepted by owner or no any type of party or loud noise in the house. 4. Guests are required sign the agreement provided by hosts 24hrs and sent over their ID (if you dont have any prior reviews) before their stay. Failure to sign will lead to reservations being cancelled. 5. No Pet allowed. ****************************************************************************************************** Your suite is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen area ( Double coiled stove). Air-Fryer and Microwave are available to use. The space has common laundry room with the host residence. Access through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit. Amenities include high speed Wifi, TCL Roku TV, clean linens and towels, microwave, mid-size fridge downstairs and mini-fridge upstair, air-fryer, electric kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, and self check-in. Please feel free to take-out and dine in using the provided dishes and silverware. Please clean up the dishes and put your garbage near the garbage can before you check out. *** If you stay longer than 5 days and need to change the garbage, please tight it and leave it in the garbage can near your carport, we will come take it. Guest access You have your own private entrance with a self check-in experience! Your space is separate with no shared common areas, so feel free to come and go as you please. The space does share one common laundry room with the host residence for guest who stays 5 days or longer. Other things to note We do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear us from time to time. The property has dual pane windows so noise is reduced when you're indoors. We abide by the strict cancellation policy for Airbnb. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please be aware that the property has no accommodations, and is not suitable for smaller children. *** Guests are required to sign the agreement provided by hosts 24hrs before their stay. Failure to sign will lead to reservations being cancelled. ******please be aware about this rule NO SMOKING inside or 20ft outside of the house. Failure to do so will lead to terminate the rent and leave the house immediately with $500 cleaning fee ********
