Landlord requires a 3 month minimum stay. If it makes sense a longer stay would be ideal. Building: This condominum building is quiet with a nice mix of owners and renters (like myself). There are a few families with kids in the building, it's mostly adults. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and and just a few steps away from a smallish strip-mall making it easy to walk over to get something from the store, or grab a meal at one of the restaurant's. Unit: This unit is on the bottom floor (3 floors total + garage). I only hear the elderly upstairs neighbors walking from time to time and have never heard anyone on either side. I like to keep my home as a comfortable, stress-free haven, that prioritizes being a restful space, making it easy to recharge after a long day. A Cozy, Private Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, mostly blackout curtains, and ample closet and drawer space for your belongings. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. Dedicated Workspace: A small desk and extra monitor so you have a quiet corner for any charting or personal tasks. Private Bath & Laundry: A full bathroom is dedicated for your own private use. This is also where the in-unit laundry is located. We'll simply coordinate to find the perfect window for me to sneak in a load, to ensure minimal disruption. Full Kitchen Access: Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, whether you're meal-prepping or just making a quick cup of coffee/tea before your shift. Dedicated pantry and fridge space is reserved just for you. High-Speed Wi-Fi & Smart TV: Stay connected or relax with streaming services after your workday. Relaxing: Large covered deck with lounge and dining area. Panoramic views of the bay and the wildlife below. The building has a pool that is lovely on warm summer days. Convenient Location: Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy, dedicated parking. I can provide estimated commute times to major local hospitals and medical centers. - Grocery stores: Located around the corner is a lovely family owned grocery store. Trader Joes is down the hill less than 2 miles away. - Nature: A quick 15 minute walk you'll be at Laurelwood Park. (225 acres) offers many different trails and a few lead to Sugarloaf Mountain with panoramic views. - Medical centers: San Mateo Medical Center 2mi (San Mateo), Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center 9mi (Redwood City), Sutter Health Mills-Peninsula Medical Center 10mi (Burlingame), Stanford Health Care Stanford Hospital 15mi (Palo Alto). Warm Hospitality: I respect your privacy and need for quiet, but I'm also available if you need a local recommendation, an emergency item, or just a friendly face after a tough day. Ideally theres a nice casual interaction and we socialize occasionally watching a show or something like that vs hiding in your room.
