Hi! Thank you for checking out this room. My cozy home is centrally located in downtown Santa Barbara and features access to a small citrus grove. Very walkable to all downtown SB has to offer including restaurants, farmers market, shopping, funk zone, beach, etc. One driveway spot is allocated to this room and street parking is available. This is a 3 bedroom/2.5-bathroom home and you will be sharing the house with one young female professional. Bedroom available is for one occupant only. Laundry is located in the house for residents' use only. We keep common areas clean and are respectful of each others space and enjoy a quiet living environment.
