Nestled in the low-key Santa Cruz Westside neighborhood, about a mile from Mitchell's Cove Beach, Natural Bridges State Beach, and the spectacular West Cliff ocean views, this sweet 2-bedroom, 2 bath fully detached home is an easy 5 minute walk to several excellent breweries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. A few of our favorites are: Humble Sea Brewing Co., for beer and great food trucks, Venus Spirits Cocktails and Kitchen for cocktails and great food, Companion and Manresa Bakeshops for bread and pastry, and Cat & Cloud for coffee and the best breakfast burritos anywhere. If you like surfing, Steamer's Lane, The Point, and countless hidden beaches and pocket breaks await. The home is also an easy 8 minute walk to both New Leaf Market and Safeway for groceries. For travel healthcare workers: Dominican Hospital is a 15-minute drive and SutterMaternity & Surgery Center is nearby. The home has hosted multiple travel nurses, including one who extended twice and stayed six months. Responsive owners, flexible on contract extensions when possible. For academics and professionals: UCSC is 1.2 miles away. Quiet workspace and fast WiFi make it functional for remote work. Pets welcome with a small deposit.
