One MBR, one guest BR, one BR that we call an "art room" or private office, and one BR that we use as a walk-in closet and will be locked. In addition, the sunroom has a queen-size futon bed/sofa with a 3-inch foam topper that is extremely comfortable. As presently configured, this home can host two couples in private rooms, and with another bed in the semi-private sun room.
