This neighborhood offers complete privacy and quiet while still maintaining quick access to Santa Fe's amenities. We maintained the historic charm of the casita by preserving the original front door and windows, as well as the exposed post and beam and ceiling joists that give the space character. The property has a 4-bedroom main unit that is rented long term by a family. No walls are shared between the units, but the tenant does sometimes need access to the storage room that is accessible through the front patio of the casita. We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis, but please no cats due to owner's allergies. Please note: There are no curtains on the listing photos, but these are being installed imminently.
