I have created a lovely one bedroom apartment on the far side of my house. There is a 6 foot fenced in small private yard with a table and chairs with umbrella. There are three steps up to the porch at the entrance. I created a kitchenette and have a variety of appliances that you can use, including but not limited to ... hot plate, coffee maker, air fryer, instant pot, toaster, microwave. The refridgerator is mid size/apartment sized. All basic dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are provided. If you ever need anything regular that isn't listed here I can get it for you. - Quiet street, near parks and hiking/biking/walking trails. - House is fitted with smoke alarms. - Off street parking. This is a comfortable one bedroom apartment with a private bath. Portable rolling air conditioner available. One large closet. Four year old vinyl flooring. There are three stairs up to the entrance porch landing. New photos will be posted as very soon! I'm a few blocks from the best coffee in Santa Fe, imo, and a wonderful farm to table restaraunt. The space

I have created a separate apartment from two of the four bedrooms in my house. It is fully separate with it's own private entrance. I am putting in a flagstone path and will post photos once it is complete.
