Seeking a quiet, trustworthy, short-term tenant. Offered is a private, furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom, in its own section of the house, plus sometimes shared (but mostly private): entrance, kitchen, and outdoor space. Perfect for a traveling doctor or nurse, or LANL visiting employee! This has been a family home, my kids and I have relocated elsewhere for the school year. I will be in town and stay in my own area approximately a few days per month. I am a private, quiet person so I will be respectful in return in the brief moments I am around and also using the kitchen. Reach out and we can discuss! Please share a personal message about yourself, and indicate if everything in this writeup can be feasible for you. More about the house: my family has gone to great lengths to ensure this home is healthy (ex: natural cleaning products and detergent) and is mold-free. Bonus if you too are health aware. Timeline negotiable for the right person. There will be a pause in availability for 8-14 days over the Dec holiday break. Utilities included. Cleaning fee to be discussed. Ten minutes to La Montañita. 15mins to Trader Joe's. Hiking trail right off the property with views of the Jemez Mountains, the Opera House, and Ski Santa Fe. Pets tbd, please share the type and size. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person!
